libmodule-util-perl software package provides Perl module to manipulate Perl module names, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmodule-util-perl
libmodule-util-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmodule-util-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmodule-util-perl *
You will get with libmodule-util-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
